What is Imurj?

Answer:

Imurj is an art and music space that features a beer, wine, and coffee bar; two performance stages; gallery; art studio; and production studio. We are a collective of creative members that collaborate and elevate the local arts scene.

How can I sell my art at Imurj?

Answer:

Our Premium members have the opportunity to exhibit in our main gallery, retail store, extension galleries, and our eCommerce store.

How do I become a member at Imurj?

Answer:

Becoming a member is easy. Just navigate to our membership page and select the membership level that is right for you.

Why do I have to pay $1 to enter Imurj?

Answer:

North Carolina State laws require us to have you pay $1 to enter our membership club. Your $1 allows you entry to Imurj for a year during weekend hours and gives you a card for future visits.

What is your guest policy?

Answer:

Each Imurj member (entry, basic, premium, and band) is allowed to have one guest per visit. This guest can come in during member and public hours.

What are your terms & conditions and membership agreements?

Answer:

I paid for membership but I didn’t get a confirmation email. Did it go through?

Answer:

This may take a few minutes so please be patient. However, if you cannot sign into your account and no e-mail is received then please call or email us. Contact information is on our Contact Us page.

I can’t log into my Imurj profile – help!

Answer:

If you are having difficulty signing in. First try resetting your password. If that doesn’t work there may be an issue with the email/username you provided. Please get in contact with us via phone or e-mail on our Contact Us page.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Answer:

On the sign in window there is a link to “Reset My Password”. Then simply follow the instructions.

How do I edit my profile?

Answer:

You must be signed in to your account. If you click the profile icon in the top right hand corner, you will be taken to your profile dashboard, here you will see a red button to edit your profile.

How do I delete my account?

Answer:

In order to delete your account you simply need to let us know via e-mail or phone call found on our Contact Us page. We will take care of the rest.

When can I come visit Imurj?

Answer:

Our basic, premium, and band level members can utilize our space during Imurj member hours and weekends. Unless specified by an event the public/Entry Members can come into Imurj Friday-Sunday. We are a venue so please check our events calendar before visiting to ensure we don’t have a cover charge.
